When the time was up I took the tape off and poured the Metal Rescue™ out in to another container. I left it for about 24 hours then turned it upside down and let it soak again for 24 hours. I filled the tank a little over halfway then taped up the filler cap hole. I removed the petcock and filler cap and washed out the tank as instructed, then I taped up the petcock hole and, once I had made sure it was not going to leak, I poured in the Metal Rescue™.
